Join Dell Technologies and help build next-gen automation solutions that support BIOS/UEFI firmware for enterprise systems such as servers, storage, and network infrastructure. As a Software Senior Engineer, you’ll work with a team of seasoned professionals to design, develop, and optimize an automation suite using Python, ensuring a robust and scalable CI/CD environment.

What You’ll Achieve:

• Develop and enhance functional and end-to-end automation suites using Python.
• Design automation frameworks from scratch and perform comparative tool studies and PoCs.
• Automate the CI/CD process for Enterprise BIOS/UEFI firmware.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented development environment.

Requirements:

Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Python-based automation development.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Python testing modules (unittest, pytest, nosetest).
• Experience building automation frameworks from scratch using open-source tools.
• Familiarity with Jenkins and GitHub for CI/CD.

Desirable:

• Exposure to automation in BIOS/UEFI or pre-OS environments.
• Familiarity with ELK stack.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript and HTML5.
